Get URL from Microsoft Form responses

Hi 
I'm trying to generate a URL to my form when a new response is submitted, by using Power Automate and then add the URL to the specific response to a Sharepoint list.
 
At the moment the link generated just goes to the blank form, rather than a completed Form.  
 
Any help appreciated!
