I would like to create custom connector or a cloud flow attached to Power App to call the on-prem API (http action) to pull some data from our corporate system. Does it require a premium license? Will appreciate any direction on that.

Yes.The custom connector is a premium connector,it requires a premium license.

Thank you - We do have a licence for Power Automate as part of Office 365. I understand that it excludes access to premium connectors. For HTTP action with JSON I was able to create and run successfully the flow in PA. Does that mean that for HTTP with the flow you can use Premium Action? I am confused.
