Hello,
I have a user who came across the issue that they get a blank screen when opening the app. This only occurs on the web browser(desktop), mobile works fine. Any reason why this might happen ?

Is this the only user that has this problem? Is it for all apps or just one app?
What brower does he use?
I haven't met the blank screen when opening Apps. Could you suggest user to try with other Browsers, and clear up all cahes?

yes it is just one of my users having this issue, is thier any known faults between browsers and powerapps ?
they use IE, no solutions yet
