Send email with attachment once trigger is modified

Hello - I'm tired of banging my head against the wall, so hoping that someone can assist me.  I've got a flow built where I want it to to send an email with an attachment once a record in SharePoint has been MODIFIED (not created).  I have a column with a simple (YES / NO) field.  So initially the record will be created (step 1), then later on someone will go in and then assign it to someone and then also check the YES/NO field as YES (step 2).  Once that happens - that is the trigger - I want the email to go out with the attachment.  In current state the flow I've got setup is sending the email and an attachment is included, but the attachment is unreadable.  Keeps coming back as below no matter what type of file I use:

Below is the flow in sequence order that I have built.  Can someone take a look and let me know where I'm messing up please?  Thank you!

Wow!  Such a simple tweak - thank you so much!  That worked!

In your Send an email action click on the little T icon above and to the right of the attachment name 1 field.  That will switch that field into one that accepts and attachment array.  Put the array variable you generated there.
