FLOW SUCCESSFUL, EMAIL SENDS BUT IS BLANK AND NO ROW ADDED TO TABLE

As the title says, my flow is successful in that it sends the email but the email is blank apart from the text typed in around where the dynamics should be. It is also no seeming to add the row to selected table. I have attached images, is there something I'm doing wrong here or not doing?

@rebhanqui if the row is not being added to the Excel table then I think that you need to look at the patch formula in your power app. It doesn't look as though you are passing any parameters from the app to the flow because the .Run() has nothing inside it.

    Hi there,

Thanks for reply, the rows are actually updating but they are blank too. No information from form input is coming across in the email or into the excel table
