Hello all,

I have created a flow from a template that sends an email (V2) after a message is posted to a channel.  However, every now and then we will get an email that is blank.  There is not a user identified, no message, no subject.  Nothing.  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue. I'm curious if you or anyone else has found a solution?

Not that I know of.  I finally deleted that part of my flow.  I now use the "share to outlook" option from the Teams post.

But it does work successfully on another flow.  Not sure why it doesn't on that particular one.

I had the same happen and am wondering if the email was sent out because I edited the rules (added new email address to the TO and BCC fields). Has anyone figured it out?

I will try turning off the flow before making changes to see if that will prevent the blank email from being sent.

UPDATE: In my case, turning off the flow before editing it and then turning it back on after the edits were complete, fixed the automatic blank emails issue, iow, no blank emails sent out after I started editing the flow while the flow was off.
