Creating a Flow that moves a .eml file in OneDrive to a folder in Outlook

Hello everyone,

I would like to create a flow that starts when an .eml file is created in a specific folder in OneDrive, and then, move that .eml file to a specific folder in Outlook.

As a prerequisit to be able to move an e-mail, I have created in Outlook the Quickstep "Move to folder".
The quick step is working, but having to open individually each .eml and then move it to the folder in Outlook is a bit tiduous. Do you have any experience with this.

    Hi @Tahon_Mathieu,

Do you want an action for connector Office 365 Outlook to create a .eml file to a folder in Outlook?

I am afraid that currently there is no such an action can be used to achieve your request. If you need this feature, please feel free submit an idea on Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Hi @v-yamao-msft (Mabel),

Actually no. What I want to do is when I have a large library of mails, lets call it another mail service, I can drag the mails to a OneDrive folder, and the mails will be in .eml format. If I double click on one .eml file, the mail will open in Outlook, and I will then be able to move that e-mail to a specific folder in Outlook, for example an archive. Unfortunately I have to do it for each .eml file one by one. What I would like to do with Flow, is to open the .eml as soon as it is created in OneDrive, and then move it to the folder I have choosen in the setup of the Flow.

Something I just learned also is, that I can bypass OneDrive and just drag the mails from one mail service to Outlook, but the mails will be in .eml format in Outlook, and to see the original mail I have to double click on it. I could then also choose to move it to another folder, and then the original mail will be in that folder with the date and sender.
