Unattended flow can't be used: "Your flow is saved but can't be used"

I am new to Power Automate. I have built a scheduled Cloud flow to execute a flow built for PA for Desktop. When I try to run it as an unattended flow, PA informs me "Your flow is saved but can't be used". Flow Checker finds no errors or warnings.

Please advise.

It might be that your license doesn't support unattended, as that's premium. What kind of license are you using?

I am licensed for Premium, as I think I had to have that to run local PA flows via Cloud PA, i.e. I have received the message "A Power Automate user plan with attended RPA has been assigned to you. You now have access to premium features."
