Our team has been using a Power Automate flow for quite some time now and it has been working excellent. But suddenly, it started around 2 months ago, where I would visit the flow and see that it has turned off on its own. Mind you that our flow is constantly being used and it's impossible for it to turn off due to inactivity.
I've tried searching if there's a way to check for the logs and see why it would turn off. There are also no errors in the flow which is why it's very weird why it only started happening around 2 months ago.
This flow is being used together with MS Forms, which makes it hard when the flow turns off on its own since I have to manually re-submit a response we've gotten.
