PVA: other users can't interact with bot in Facebook Messenger

Hi!

I've been able to publish a PVA bot to the Facebook Messenger channel as per steps in the documentation.  While I am able to see and interact with it using my own Facebook account, it doesn't seem to be interacting with anybody else that may be logged in under their own accounts.

They can see the bot and initiate the chat but the bot doesn't respond.

Am I missing any steps here in getting it active for other users?  Does it require the app review process?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @PhilipNg ,

    How many minutes did you deploy?

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/publication-add-bot-to-facebook#known-limitations

    Known limitations

    • You will need to create a new bot if the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey shows up as a non-interactable card image for a bot created during public preview to access the latest CSAT content.
    • It might take a few minutes before the bot becomes reachable by users on Facebook pages after the Facebook channel is added.
    • After removing the Facebook channel, it might take a few minutes before the bot is removed fully and becomes unreachable on Facebook Messenger and Facebook Workplace.
    • After removing a Facebook page, it might take a few minutes before the bot becomes unreachable by visitors to the removed page through Facebook Messenger.

    It was deployed yesterday evening.

    Ah, so it does require going through the Facebook app review process?  Ok - that's what I was afraid of.  Not yet sure that I want to have it reviewed since it's meant more for testing out a demo scenario.

    @PhilipNg ,

    Yes, but if you need to test, you can deploy in the new profile, test and after remove this page.

    I hope you can create a demo environment 🙂
