sharepoint lists showing empty at screen and app level

Capturescreen.JPGCapturesform.JPGHi,

my app has a form which connects to 3 SP lists. I can access to the elements everywhere inside the form but if i call them at the screen or app level, they don't show any data.

my goal is to store the list inside a collection and then access the collection inside the form.

from what i read, the only way to store inside a collection is using onvisible at the screen level

thanks for your help

Instead of putting the table name in the Onvisible, create a collection OnVisible of the screen as:

    ClearCollect(ITPuuchaseColl,ITPurchase_Categories)

Then put name of the collection, ITPurchaseColl in your Gallery Items.

    thanks for you reply.

    actually, i did that.

My screenshots meant to show that at the Screen level, the table is not returning any data while it does at Form level.

As you can see, when the table is selected at screen level it says "no data was found in (french). When i do the same at form level, it actually show the list of records...

I hope i made myself clearer

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    In OnVisible use formula:

    ClearCollect(myCollection, ITPurchaseCategory)

and use myCollection inside the app.

Of course it is not indicated to import all the list's items, and to avoid some possible performance warning, you should think to filter the items by a column.

    Hope it helps !

I can get the records directly inside "items" field

    now i create a collection:

    CaptureScreenCollect.JPG

when I use collectBrand, there's nothing in the dropdown
