Connection Not Working - Shared Mailbox

Hello, 

I have a flow which had been tested and run successfully for some time (it was set to off as its a part of a project which is going live in a few weeks) which is now suddenly having issues with the connector. It starts with "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" and if I go into the flow to edit it, it has an error saying "Test connection failed. Details: Failed to fetch. Please see https://aka.ms/powerautomate-failedtofetch for more details." 

 

All of the connections look fine in the Connections page, its showing as Connected and is in fact being used with several other flows which aren't having an problems. Likewise, most of these other flows start with "When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)" and are working, but now if I try and create a new flow starting with this, I get the Test connection failed error.

 

If I click on the ... on the top right of the shared mailbox action, it shows a red exclamation point next to the connection with "Invalid connection" under it and if I click it to try and fix it, it pops up with the box for me to sign in again, which I do but it just stays the same. Similar with the other connections there, they all are fine but if I try and connect to one of those instead, it then makes them an invalid connection.

 

Its all very frustrating! Has anyone else seen this before, or know how to help?

    Hi @Fitchet86 ,

     

    Are you still having this error now?

    Maybe you could try to add a new connection and use it, then try it again.

    Hello, 

     

    Yes I've just checked it and still have the same issue.

     

    I should have said in my post, but I've tried adding a new connection that way and I get the same issue. It adds a new one, but shows as invalid. Though strangely rather than having my email address there as with the others, it shows "Office365 Outlook".

    Sorry i could not reproduce this issue on my side.

    Maybe you could try to clear your browser's cache and create a new connection on the Connections Page.
