Power Automate Flow - Copy file from one entity record to another entity record / Failed to verify the existence of destination location at / due to error 'The system cannot find the file specified.

Hi,

I created a flow like below.

1.] when row is created in Table1

2.] copy all files from a related entity (table2) to the newly created record of Tale 1

But flow fails giving information like "Failed to verify the existence of destination location at / due to error 'The system cannot find the file specified."

In the output of Copy File action i copy the Destination Folder path and put it in browser but it's giving  404 NOT FOUND.

I then open the newly created record in CRM Table1 and navigate to the "Document" and then refresh the browser where I copied the Destination Folder path earlier. This time the SharePoint folder is opening properly.

I already tried adding Delay 5 minutes; even 30 minutes but with no luck.

Need your expert advise please.

Thank you!

    Hi @wilsoncm ,

What's this? Could you please show details of the variable?

The red mark seems to be file path not folder path. The destination folder should be folder path.

    /folder1/folder2

    Best regards,

    Rimmon

    Hi @v-mengmli-msft ,

Thank you for your quick response.

It is a SharePoint folder path. When i browse it, it works only after i click the "Document" in CRM (newly created record).

    Hi @wilsoncm ,

The destination folder must exist firstly. If you want to copy the file to new folder, please create new folder firstly.

In addition, please check the folder path.

    Here is my successful flow.

@v-mengmli-msft  - Thank you. Issue has been resolved by adding Create new folder action.
