Best Option to Consolidate Multiple Excel files with Multiple sheets into one

Can anyone please tell me what is the best option to consolidate Multiple Excel files(having multiple excel sheets and charts) into one Master file ? 

 

Either with using Power automate or only Power Query?

 

If power Query, any option to auto refresh at regular intervals after consolidating using Power Query?
