Hello folks,
Recently I created a flow to automatically send dynamic emails to users given an external data condition, aka if-else statement fetching information from an excel file.
Given this, is there the possiiblity to check wether a user has read the sent email ? (and store this informaton in another excel).
I came across the function in the attaced pic, but I'm not sure how to use it.
Any idea? Thanks
Unless you have access to the recipient's mailbox or have requested a Read Receipt when sending the email there is no way to see if the user has read the email. The action you are looking at deals with the user's profile and has nothing to do with what mail they have read.
