Creating a Flow from Excel to Sharepoint HELP

Hi,

I am trying to create an automated update to the SharePoint chart. I have an excel with work order numbers and the corresponding PO values. I want to match the Work Order number with the number in Sharepoint and pull the corresponding PO value from the Excel into the Sharepoint. Is this possible? Please help, this would be a HUGE help.
