    Hi @robin5003414 ,

Could you share a screenshot of the trigger configuration?

This error seems to be related to the account used to configure the connection.

Please try to update the connection of the trigger or reconfigure the connection.

It is recommended to configure the connection using the emails of the members contained in Shared mailboxes.

I did a test on my side, using the above email address to configure the connection, it works, as below:

    Please take a try.

Hi, I tried to reconnect the connection. I still get the following massage.

    Hi @robin5003414 ,

I can recreate a similar error on my side because the account I chose for the connection is not a member of the specified Shared mailboxes.

Please first check the account of the connection currently selected by this action in O365 Admin to be a member of this Shared mailboxes.

    24.PNG25.PNG

Also check if the email is valid when configuring Mailbox Address field, and don't add a semicolon at the end.

    Hope it helps.

HI Team, just to be sure. The mailbox is a shared box. See attachment.

Is that the right set up ?

    Hi @robin5003414 ,

I am not familiar with checking if the settings are correct in the Exchange Admin Center. The check step here is to enter Office 365 Admin Center.

Select Shared Mailboxes in Groups tab to see if there is a Mail Address you currently specify and check if the account that configures the connection for this trigger is a member of this Shared mailboxes.

Then you can check if the account of the current connection is a member, and do not add a semicolon at the end of the email address.
