Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi Guys,

I am new to power automate and I am having trouble logging in. When I enter my email id and password in the sign in pop up I get Correlation Id: 218d4c83-be0f-4d4a-90d2-aabce33dc122 error.

Please help.

Please check Windows > Services and make sure that you have all of the services that start with "Power Automate..." running on your machine. If any of them have a status that is different form "Running", make sure to start them.

Also, are you trying to sign in with a personal Microsoft account, or a work/school one? If it's a work/school account, do you have a Power Automate Premium license? It is required to use PAD on work/school accounts.
