Since the On Prem Gateway for SQL server is a Premium package If 1 user had that package to connect to the on Prem Data does every other user that wants to use that data have to update their tier as well to the Premium Package or just the Admin can connect and share the info with the rest of the user?
Every user who uses Premium features (on-premises SQL via Gateway) needs a premium license for this. Otherwise it is multiplexing.
