Some colleagues cannot successfully trigger Power Automate button in Power BI

Hello everyone,

I have created a BI with Power Automate trigger button to refresh a BI dataset.

Funny thing is, some people can successfully trigger it in the company, some cannot. The button will show "Triggering" only and there is no log in that flow at all.

The other funny thing is, triggering from PowerApps button will work fine for everyone.

Because main page is Power BI, I want to use Automate button on Power BI. Work-around is to create an App with this button, and embed this App in BI, but it is kinda stupid.

Does anyone know what the problem is? Thank you.

Add Run only users to your Power BI triggered flow

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I did make some change in Run-only User by sharing those who needs to press the button.

Somehow I found out that the first time clicking won't work. After waiting for a while, button is now working fine.

I guess after uploading to Power BI Service, the button wouldn't work right away (hence flow was not triggered at all). BI Service needs some time to initiate the button.
