Recently, with the new update our users are experiencing an issue opening apps. The app loads and fetches data but shortly after they app starts to launch, a new loading spinner appears. This never allows users to pass, and happens on web version and powerapps windows app. I can access the app in design mode via preview just fine.

I just tested with the app that I shared with other users, they could access and use the app with no problem on web browser. Notice that PowerApps Window studio is about to retired.
Is this happening to all the users? Please let the users to try with other browsers and also clear cache before access the app.

I will try to validate. I was working with a support analyst yesterday and he was experiencing the same issue. This morning I tried re-clearing browser cache, mobile version, and other browser.....still same issue.
I noticed the build vs. player versioning is off, anything around this?
