Hi there,

I've been working on making changes to the Server Desk example to get it to how I want it and I'm almost there but for one problem, on the first page you can Select All Tickets New Tickets and so on. When you select these it only shows those types of tickets.

Now sadly mine doesn't work when I click on the All Tickets nothing updates next to it like it should How does that work? I assume it's looking for something that I may of renamed but I dont get any errors and I dont see any problems...

hi @JamesOxton,

Have you made sure that your connection is connected successfully? What is the data source you are using in the App?

Hi,

I'm using the default excel source for the App with some extra colums. What is the best way to make sure the connection is connected succesfully?

Also if you are refering to the Connections option in the poweapps menu

It is connected as I can post data to the excel on another form without a problem...
