Please make it available for Shared Mailboxes as well.

Do you want the "Get emails" action would get the shared Mailboxes?
The "Get emails" action couldn't get the shared Mailboxes currently, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.
If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Yes, it does, if the SharedMailbox has a password, which misses the sense of a "Shared" mailbox. Anyways - thanks for telling me what I already know
