Canvas PowerApp not recognizing SharePoint and Office365Outlook Connectors

Good afternoon, All,

Problem:
One of my users is having trouble using the connectors on one of my PowerApps. My first though was "must be something user side then, because everyone else seems to be using this normally." But after everything I have checked and tried, I still can't figure out what is going on. My user is unable to use the SharePoint and Office365Outlook connector in my canvas app, and the error is extremely confusing:
This error is happening on both connections, only difference is the correlation ID. After looking into this error, it seems to come up most often when using custom PowerApp connectors, but the ones I am using should be native.

What we know:
This error is only happening on one user so far.
The user's account seems normal at a glance.
This is the first time the user has tried playing the app.
The user can receive published updates to the app.
Error persisted after a restart and on two different browsers.
User is on a computer connected to an internal company network.
User has been with the company for a long time.

It really does seem to be a user side issue; I just don't know where to look. If you have any troubleshooting advice, please let me know. If you need any more information, please ask. Thanks!

Having exact same issue, except with SharePoint and Office 365 Users connectors. Over 200 people have used this within this month with no issues, 1 user popped up today with it out of nowhere. At least 15 people using the app for the first time today also did not have any issues adding the connections.
