Configure a Teams App With PowerApps and SharePoint as Two Separate Tabs

I was wondering if it is possible deploy a Powerapp to Teams and then add an additional tab for SharePoint in the manifest.

My logic here is that I want Powerapp available in Teams with full screen page and a "Help" tab pointing to a nice SharePoint page.  (Some App, Help, About).

I think the hurdle is the webApplicationInfo won't allow multiple applications.   I tried adding PowerApps has website tab, but that will break SSO.

Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.   Also, here is an article from another individual who was looking for similar functionality.

Thanks,

Andrew
