microsoft forms save attachment to share point list

I am trying to save the attachment that is uploaded via Microsoft forms response. I would like to save this to a share point list. I am trying to achieve this using template

"Record form responses in SharePoint". However, when I select Apply to Each control I am not able to see any dynamic content and the message I see if no dynamic content available. Please find attached screen shot for reference and help me with a resolution.

What is your use case? The trigger does not return an array of variables; it only returns body, response ID, and resource data.

"Apply to Each" runs on an array, so if you plan to iterate over responses, you should place "Apply to Each" below the "Get Response" action.
