Power automate action details limitation 120000

Hello,

I have created a small process that loops through a excel file and checks to see if the record is in DB or not... 2500 records on average.

So my problem is: when I monitor the activity I go to power automate cloud -> Monitor -> desktop flow runs -> action details.

Unfortunately it displays only 12000 actions - do you have any suggestions on how I can check the actions logs in this situation?

I myself implemented a small logging system but I'm missing some details.

Thank you!

I am interested in the solution to this also as mine is throwing errors at past 12000 steps.

Hi RPA developers. I noticed this PAD limitation myself.

When your flow has more than 12000 steps and it fails somewhere after that, you can't see the details and what went wrong.

    It is very disappointing.

    Best regards,

    Hi folks,

For this reason, if I have a flow I want to monitor more closely, I log additional info into the log file with the action "write text to file."

I also have an "on error block" surrounding all actions in the main, so it catches all errors and executes a subflow that logs the last error in my log file.

This allows you to build custom logs suited to your needs.

You can also see the complete PAD log in the %appdata% folder - but I prefer to have a clear log built by myself for easy use.

    I hope this helps.
