I want to create a flow with conditions of a "Forms library" from sharepoint, but when I want to carry out the condition, the options do not appear in the dynamic content and I don't know why, because in "Sharepoint Designer" they do appear

You can try to add a Compose action, configure the expected Dynamic content in the input, and then configure the output of Compose in other fields.
