Hello! I've noticed that my flow has started to fail with Gateway Timeouts with Excel Online (Business).  Anyone else seeing these errors starting 11pm Eastern?

Can you please share what flow actions are timing out exactly.

List rows present in a table.
The Excel sheet has one tab, one table, and its only 10 rows with two columns.

I just answered a thread about the same issue. I'm pasting the response here:

During the last few days, I see an increase in the issues with Excel connector reported here in the Community Forum. I'm not sure about what can be happening, and according to some of the authors of these threads, the action just come back to normal after a few days.

Are you experiencing this error with other flows? If not, my recommendations are:

1-  Just remove and include again your List rows present in a table action.
2 - If it doesn't work, add a new connection to Excel. You can keep the same service account
3 - If it doesn't work, create a copy of this flow, and try to run it.

After you run these steps, please let me know about the results.

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!

If this solved your issue, please mark it as Accepted Answer.
👍 If it helped, feel free to give it a like!

    Hi

Is the Table created and or data added before you do list rows?
Are you copying the file from one place to another before hand?

I am trying to validate that the file itself is simply accessed. If not and you do anything before hand then you are probably running into the same caching issue that has existed forever, thats why its important to see the whole flow not simply the action that is giving the issue, as in my example the cause has happened long before it hit your list rows.

...and magically it started to work again at 3.30pm Eastern yesterday.
    1. File already exists.
    2. Table is already created and exists.
    3. Data already exists.
    4. First step in the flow (that was failing) was literally "List rows present in a table".
I validated the Connection to confirm it could still connect. I've made no changes since I've made this post. It "magically" started to work. From my perspective, it looks as if there was a service error with Excel Online (Business) access the Excel sheet stored in OneDrive for Business.

Is there a status portal that would show whether there are active known service stability issues?

Thanks for the suggestion @rzaneti, I'll do this next time. I still do think there was service outage with Excel for Business or with Power Automate connecting to OneDrive, @Michael E. Gernaey, given that this flow on average takes about 7 seconds to complete (we're not talking about large data volume).  Is there an alternative way to report or check on service health for power automate?
