Using files added in the "Manually trigger a flow" action in further flow

Good morning,
I am creating a manual flow using "Manually trigger a flow".  This trigger asks the user  to add a file.
Within the flow I want to save the added file as an attachment to a list item (best case) or at least as a document in a document library.
Both actions require a
- file name => can be taken from the input parameters of the "Manually trigger a flow"-action
- file content => and that´s the question - where do I get this from?
Or is the added file from the trigger not supposed to be saved in further actions?
Thank you in advance for your support!

The file content is also available from the input parameters of the "manually trigger a flow" action

    Hello,
might be - the question is - which one is it?
The only one which make sense are:
The last one contains all paramaters of the trigger action.
Remains the first one. If I put this one in the Create File action like this

the Flow struggles with "The provided workflow action input is not valid."

    Any further ideas?

Might be a silly question - but where can I find your screen below?

It's not in the definiton of the Manually trigger a flow action and I also can´t find that in the dynamic input of a define variable action. So where else is that?
