Does someone have tried creating Power Automat flow that create planer task according to upcoming outlook calendar event reminder?
For example, in my department we are working 3 persons and currently all device monthly maintenances we are planned in Outlook calendar - 1 person created events for different device types 1 year forward and according to those we receive reminder when event starts (reminder time can be changed 15, 30 minutes before it starts). However, in this way - by Outlook calendar event it is not clear who of 3 persons can take current day event when it starts. In this case Planner have better options to assign for specific person/persons and also add checklist
I have considered make these tasks directly in Planner, but to get reminders of upcoming task I have to assign someone for this task. Reminder option I like better for Calendar.
Summarizing: I would like to create planner task with body and checklist according to upcoming outlook calendar event reminder.
If this was not correct group to ask this, please advise which one is in this community.
