Getting error '\u0002', hexadecimal value 0x02 in populate word file.

Hi All,

 

I just started getting error for the below. I am using a flow that collect responses from the form and puts it into word form and then convert the same to PDF.

 

For last 2 days suddenly i am getting errors for the below not sure what is causing the error.

    Someone managed to input that character into your forms.  You may want to think about hardening your input methods to prevent code injection etc.

    This was the exception flow. they submit the form again with a different user and it was working fine
