Hello!
I work in clinical research and am needing to create an automated flow or power app that accomplishes this:
*We use Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint, and all other basic MS Office Suite apps*
1. Creator groups multiple documents to be sent to employee for review and acknowledgement
2. Employee receives notification and marks "reviewed"
3. Employee's response and response date are stored
4. Creator can view which employees have not yet completed the review at a given time and send reminders (would be great if this is automated)
5. When all employees have marked "reviewed", data is converted to PDF for storage
I have tried using Power Automate, Sharepoint, Power Apps, and MS Forms and cannot come up with a good solution for this. This process also happens multiple times a week. Any help is appreciated!!
