Hello,

I wanted to know whether we can add the MS Form link in the "send an email". I have a requirement to send an MS form parallel to 4 users using Power Automate. I will send the MS form to them and their response should be saved in my SharePoint List and a new item should be updated.

Is it possible to do so?

Yes, of course. Just get the Microsoft Form link (it's hardcoded, doesn't change) and put it in there.

Are you asking how to get form content into your SharePoint list, or have you already done that?
