Id like to send out a MS Form which users/staff need to read and accept each month.
I currently have a form with 1 question, with a set of slides (as images) and a choice/option of 'I accept and understand X'. Staff will then click submit.
The plan is to email out the entire company user list with an email asking each person to complete the form. When a user completes and submits the form they are removed from that months mailing list, and they are added to a report of 'completed responses'.
Those who havent completed the form after 2 days are then reminded with a polite email. Anyone completing the form again is removed from the list, and added to the 'completed responses' list.
The Flow waits a further 1 day then sends a reminder, slightly less polite. Again, completed responses are added to the report and taken off the mailing list.
On day 5 at 12 noon a report is created and sent to one person (the admin) which states how many people in the company have completed the form, and how many are 'non compliant'.
This process runs on the first complete week of the month, with the form sent out 8am on the monday, and the report being sent to the admin at 12 noon on the friday...
Any advice on getting started would be appreciated!
