Copilot Studio Topic - "Create from description with Copilot" function does not work

Hi everyone, I am practicing on Copilot Studio, but when I get to this step of Create New Topic using the function "Create from description with Copilot" nothing happens on my end. When I selected this function, the screen stayed still and did not pop up the input screen. I have tried to switch to different browsers but nothing changed.

I read from the Learning Link that you need to enable Intelligent authoring support from General Setting. But when I select General Setting, all I see is this option of switching to Dark Mode, and there is no Intelligent authoring support option. I have tried the admin account but it's the same.

Can somebody help checking this? Thank you.

Hi.

I have had this exact same issue - it is very frustrating, as there doesn't seem to be an answer out there but it works perfectly in the demo videos I've watched on YouTube.

Have you figured out how to resolve this yet??

Same as me. I am using trial version to test the Copilot studio function before purchasing the license. Without this function, it would be dumped to create a topic manually every time.

Hi,

This function may be blocked by the web browser because it is a pop-up prompt.

In Edge setting, search "Pop-ups and redirects" and then add https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/ into Allow list. Then close all Edge website and reopen it. Done!
