Can you check the runtime history of the flow to see if that gives you any insights as to why the flow could be running twice:

Thanks. Here's my flow. I have over 20+ similar flows. and this duplicate email issue only started recently. Am thinking it could be my old pc which takes time to sync with the onedrive cloud..

Can you share your flow?
For example, the following flow will run if the item that was created is a new file or new folder. You will want to check if the item that was created is a File then send the email.
(I'm using the classic editor due to a "bug" in the New designer when creating the new flow)
