Azure Devops trigger( When a pull request is created) throws Internal Server Error

Hi,

I'm creating a flow that triggers when a Pull Request is created, but the trigger always throws an error saying "Encountered internal server error. The tracking Id is '1a7d2388-bf20-46e4-9be5-a49dfeba7df8'."

Can someone please guide me how to fix this?

Thanks

    Hi @brindly,

Can you share the configuration of your trigger action? Would be useful to see if we can reproduce your issue.

    Hi,

    Screenshot of the configuration below

I don't undrstand what's going on becasue, it starts to execute and get all the PRs created in the last 3 minutes but fails to trigger the flow.

    Hi @brindly,

In only see a target ref, did you also specify a source ref?

Btw, I don't see that interval section in the classic designer. Might be useful to switch to that designer and test it without the interval settings and see if you can still reproduce the HTTP 500 internal server error.

Below is my test with a pull request from dev to a main branch. The Composes retrieves the pull request id.

    Thanks @Expiscornovus,

    That worked!!

Looks like something to do with the new designer, When I used the classic designer it worked.

    Hi @Expiscornovus ,

I just understood what could be the issue with 'When a pull request is created' trigger.

So, when I turn Off the 'Split On' button in settings, its still failing with Internal Server Error.

But when I turn On the 'Split On' it works, but the problem with this is, it misses some PRs, not sure why, my guess is when multiple PRs are created at around the same time it misses one of them.

Any idea how we can fix this please?
