I wondered if this is the kind of thing that I could use Power Platform form?
Using only Microsoft 365 tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate etc, I would like to create a meeting summary tool that produces written summaries of meetings that conform to a specified word document template. The tool should
- Take an audio or video file and transcribe it (and the transcription must include speaker attribution). OR take an existing transcription text file.
- Analyse the transcription and output a summary of the transcription in a format that conforms to a meeting summary template document we can provide.
- The user should then be able to interact using copilot and ask questions about the meeting that has taken place, taking full advantage of copilot’s analytical capabilities
- Ideally I could then deploy the tool to allow interaction with it using Teams or a PowerApps Page or similar.
Thanks for any guidance you could give on suggested approaches to building this.
