Triggers A Flow On Microsoft Project Task Updates and Getting Task Data

Hello,

I want to create a flow that connects to Microsoft Project Online. But I can't find the triggers I want, available triggers are:

  • When a new project is created
  • When a new project is created (V2)
  • When a new resource is created
  • When a new resource is created (V2)
  • When a new task is created
  • When a new task is created (V2)
  • When a project is published
  • When a project is published (V2)

Is there any other method to trigger a flow when there is an update on Microsoft Project tasks and getting the task data. I want to create email notification containing task data including task index, task name, start, finish, and maybe other available task-related data for every resource assigned to the task.

Thanks.

Regards,

Agung S.

    Hi @agung-santoso ,

I am afraid that the Project Online connector does not contain such a trigger, if you want to this feature to be supported, please consider submitting your suggestions in ideas forum:

You can schedule the flows and use Send HTTP request to SharePoint to get data from Project Server and then use Modified date to check if the Task is modified or not. You can directly filter in the HTTP request.

Then you can send the email notification.
