Dear all,

My flow is set to obtain the form details using "Send a HTTP request to SharePoint" using form API. It was running successfully up until 19.9.2024 midnight and started to fail in the morning. Wondering if there is any changes to this API?

Below is my setup of the action:

Below is the error message I am getting:

I had tried:
1. Reauthenticate the connection
2. Creating and choosing a new connection
3. Copying the flow as a new flow
4. Adding headers key: Accept & value: application/json

None of the above works. Please help!

I'm also having the same issue.

I set up this action as set out in a tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4eWGdi_C2hQ) back in July and now it has stopped working around the same time your flow stopped.

I'm encountering the same error as well. I’ve tried adding connections multiple times, created a new environment, and even tested it with my teammates, but everyone is getting the same error. I have a few important flows that are affecting a lot of users.

It looks like your URI is missing the tenant id and the id of the user who created the form (unless it is a Groups form).

Normally the format of such an URI would be like the below. Can you try that instead to see if that makes a difference?
    /formapi/api/<tenantid>/users/<userid>/light/forms('<formid>')?$select=id,title,questions&$expand=questions($expand=choices)

Hi, I have indeed tried the format:

And it returned the same error without specifying the issue:

This URI actually worked previously with no issue, I was able to get the response I want, kindly see below:

I am not sure what changed?

We're receiving the same issue as above. What's really frustrating is Microsoft pointed us to the video on how to set this up. Then they, only guessing here,  changed the way Forms uses/stores the Excel file and offered no solution. Simply build in the functionality to allow for total scores from a Forms quiz to be accessed using Power Automate.
