Email for each responsible with list of actions

Hi everyone,

I would like to build a flow based on an action plan in Sharepoint List which is a schedule email every month for each responsible of actions.

This Email should be sent to each responsible with the list of all the actions where his name is indicated.

You'll need to adjust the logic of your flow:

Add a Select action to your flow that pulls the users display name and email address.

Create a unique list of assigned users' email addresses

Loop through each email address

Filter out the items assigned to each user (by their email)

Create an HTML table of the items assigned to each user.

Send an email to each user with their assigned items

Building a Power Automate flow that will send an email with multiple SharePoint items can be a bit complex. Thanks for your first answers.

Please find below the flow I already prepared. It allows to send one email with the full list of "not closed" actions.

My goal is to send one email per Responsible with the list of the action on his scope.

It would be good if you can add few more details and screenshot of how SP list and final email looks like ?

Though this looks like a group by and send email type query, but above details can clarify things for answer :)

Send Emails Based on a 📆 Date Column in SharePoint with Microsoft Power Automate

In this Microsoft Power Automate tutorial, I’ll show you how to build a flow that will send a Happy Birthday email to a user based on a date column in a SharePoint list. The SharePoint list also contains a column with a Manager’s name which we’ll use to send a three-day and day of reminder to the user’s manager.
This automation will use the Filter Array action to filter out all SharePoint list items where the user’s birthday is today or in three days. This flow can apply to a variety of scenarios such as:
