What expression would I use to filter based on the beginning part of a cell

So I have to collect codes from people, they do not want to give me these codes. It is becoming a problem and there are a lot of them.

THe codes should start with a 02 or 01 (sometimes they accidentally leave off the 0 so starting with 2 or 1 in that rare case)

They will either just put N/A, TBD, or give an incorrect code that starts with 800 (I literally have a not saying dont do that as well IN RED!)
So I want to have a bot go through this list checks the code column for anything that doesnt begin 01, 02, 1, or 2 and sends them an email
But I am not sure what expression that would be

What table/database are you trying to filter? Not sure how to help otherwise.

Write a function with substring('your text',0,4) to get the first four characters. If this doesn't help then I would need some more information.
