Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I can't work out why a multi-approval flow is failing. It works on the first approval step, and post that being approved/rejected it should either be terminated or go to the next approval step. I've included what I have so far - it works fine to the approval of the Ops Manager but if approved does not action the Exec Approval start/wait. If anyone could see an obvious missed step, any advice would be really appreciated.
