Need to replicate processes in SmartSheets to Sharepoint.

Have a master list in SharePoint. When the Title column equals XYZ and the Status equals 123, we are looking for the row to be moved to another list and deleted form master list. I have done simple flows from templates in the past, but can not find anything that will work for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
