Pretty much as the title.
In a particular channel, if I've raised a purchase order elsewhere, there will be an automated message that includes my name.
I want it to wait a few hours and then @mention me in a reply to check that it has been actioned.
I've created this flow, but the reply now includes my name and the flow triggers again, so ends up constantly replying to itself.
The original message always contains some other keywords, so I want the flow to activate only when a message has my name AND another keyword. Trouble is, the current setup triggers on either word.
