Adding Bot as a connection

First time using PowerApps - I created a new blank phoe template.

I click on connected to a data source and chose Bot.

I entered in my AppId and Password and it gave me this:

No wadlUrl is specified for this Api. This usually indicates there was an error when converting the Swagger associated with this api to a WADL file.
apiId: /providers/microsoft.powerapps/apis/shared_bot

Session ID: 9736b1b4-47bb-b154-bc28-31fcb4e8f0af

When I look at my connections - it has the Bot and it says connected.  Am I missing something?

    Hi @DuaneKord,

Will the flow work when you create one? As your connection shows that it is connected.

    Regards,

    Mona

Is there a sample PowerApp that has bot capabilities?

I am extremely new to PowerApps and saw a demo with a conversation with a bot.

When I saw that there was a bot connector - I asusmed it would be easy to connect my bot and then put a gallery up that would show conversation.

I tried connecting to the bot Flow but it is not working.

Any ideas or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @DuaneKord,

Bot is not one of the available connections in PowerApps so far.

The custom connector (API connector) enables you to connect your own web api (REST api) in Microsoft Flow and PowerApps. You can connect Microsoft Flow and PowerApps with your in-house applications or unknown 3rd party (ISV) applications.
