Hi all:

I have 20+ flows running against shared Exchange mailboxes, saving the emails and attachments out to lists in SharePoint Online. They are working flawlessly, however, some of the mailboxes process a high number of messages, each day, and there are some save conflict errors (about 3 or 4 per week). Since the error is occurring at the "create file" step, I've attempted to utilize the "Retry Policy" in the step settings. This REDUCED the number of conflicts I was seeing, but they still persist. I tried staggering the retry delay with little improvement.

I've seen posts re: utilizing a conditional step to avoid this issue, but I cannot think of a condition to leverage, in my scenario. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
