Trigger a Workflow from outside the organization

Hello Everyone,

I'm created a workflow within my organization to be triggered when an Appointment is created in Microsoft Bookings.
It works.
However, I want to be able to trigger it externally. ie. using an SMTP from another organization. But it gives me an error. Is there something I'm not doing right?
The attached image is what I get:

Is there a work around for this error?

Did you set up the booking properly such that anyone outside can book in ms booking ?

Hi @Nived_Nambiar . Yes. The booking is set to allow "Anyone" outside to create appointments.

Also does the smtp address provided is correct right?

Yes @Nived_Nambiar. The SMTP address is correct.
However, I think the issue is that the SMTP address is from a different organization.
I want to be able to book a meeting using an external organization's bookings page.

Hi @JRaji

I think that would work as we enable the option to allow booking for all persons externally as well.

One thing to know, when booked externally, does that booking is successfull when booked via link ?

Hi @Nived_Nambiar Yes the booking is successful. But the flow that triggers Dynamics isn't.
