Retrieve email messages from Outlook email body text return unreadable code in share mail box

Hi,

I got a problem in retrieve email from share mail box, the body text display unreadable code. However if retrieve email from a public folder, the body text is no problem. I am using outlook 2013.

I have no idea, what is going on, any expert can help ?

It appears that the first screenshot is clear only when you can read the email body in English, and the second screenshot seems to display the email body in Chinese, I believe. You might want to review other messages too; I don't think there's an issue with your email body.

If you still perceive an issue, could you please provide more details about your concerns?

Hi Deenuji,

All the email body both are in English, even I change the setting to chinese problem remain.
